If Datawrapper doesn’t do it for you, for example because of the limited options, Google Charts might be a nice tool. It takes a bit of coding, but Google has an extensive documentation which will take you through the possibilities.
If you would like to learn code, Google Charts is a nice stepping stone to more complex coding. Just take a look at the Google Charts page, copy the code of a basic chart in your editor (e.g. Notepad) and see what you recognize. Generally, it is very easy to find the data and the title, which you can simply manipulate as you like.
